The South West Durham Heritage Corridor

DCC Cabinet members were told of the proposal to set up the South West Durham Heritage Corridor which will be a multi-user route along the former Bishop Auckland to Barnard Castle railway line.  This part of the county has been identified as a priority area for improvement.

 

The Memories of Stainton Grove Military Camp Project is one of a number of community-led projects along and nearby the route of the proposed South West Durham Heritage Corridor. 

2006 - December
14 months have passed but no action has been taken by Durham County Council to post notices.
