I'm
trying to find out about my granddad, Tomas Morgan (d.o.b 6/12/1929).
He
was stationed at Barnard castle in the late 40s to early 50s. My mum
says he worked on the tanks and was deployed to Kowloon in Hong Kong
in that time. If you could help me I would be very grateful.
He
was a sergeant and got demoted. He was offered it back but refused
on principle. That's all I know and it was between 1946 and 1953 I
think. Thank you and I hope you get back to me soon with good news
